Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens New Franchised Restaurant
Sixth location in North Carolina, 126th Worldwide
Heathrow, Fla., July 21, 2008 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House (Nasdaq: RUTH) today announced the opening of a new franchised restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina, bringing the total number of restaurants to 126 worldwide. This is the sixth Ruth's Chris location in North Carolina. It is the seventh for franchise owners Steve De Castro and Ely Hurwitz.

The Ruth's Chris Steak House in Raleigh is located at 4381 Lassiter Mill Road. The restaurant offers seating for more than 200 guests, and offers two private dining spaces that can seat up to 40 guests. The restaurant open nightly for dinner.
As a celebration of its opening in Raleigh, Ruth's Chris will be supporting local association and charitable organizations that align with the company's core values.
