Aruba Marriott Resort becomes home to new Ruth's Chris Steak House

Heathrow, FL -- February 11, 2008 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc. (Nasdaq: RUTH) the largest fine-dining company in the U.S., today announced the opening of a new franchised restaurant in Aruba. The Aruba Ruth's Chris marks the first Dutch Caribbean opening. This brings the total number of restaurants worldwide to 119 for the fine-dining steakhouse leader.

The Aruba Ruth's Chris restaurant is located in the newly renovated Aruba Marriott. Ruth's Chris Aruba offers seating for 175 guests in the split-level dining room featuring design elements of rich woods, antique mirrors showcasing various views throughout the restaurant, elegant lighting and a central column adorned with colored glass and tiles in warm tones of honey, gold and red.

Additionally, the upper level of the dining room features two 16-seat private dining rooms, one of which is a wine room showcasing a wall of the premium wines offered at the restaurant. Both private dining rooms will feature artwork by a local artist, Elisa Lejeuz.

Guests in Aruba will now be able to enjoy New Orleans-inspired appetizers, the finest US Prime steaks, fresh seafood and classic desserts, complemented by an award-winning wine list and served with Caribbean charm and elegance. Ruth's Chris Steak House Aruba is open daily for dinner at 6 p.m.
