Ruth's Chris Steak House Hires Cheryl Henry as the New VP of Corporate Affairs

Heathrow, Fla., May 22, 2007 -- Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Inc. (Nasdaq: RUTH) has announced that Cheryl Henry has been hired as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and will begin June 4, 2007. Ms. Henry will assist the company in developing and managing strategy for government, community and public relations, as well as support business development initiatives domestically and as the company continues its worldwide expansion.

Before joining the Ruth's Chris team, Cheryl was the Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Orlando where she advised the Mayor on policy issues and major projects including the planned $1.2 billion performing arts center, events center and stadium projects in downtown Orlando. Before working with the City of Orlando, Cheryl held the position of Vice President for Marketing Communication at Curley & Pynn, a strategic communications firm in Orlando serving major regional and national organizations. Her hospitality industry experience includes working with the National Basketball Association's NBA City restaurant brand, the Universal Orlando/Loews Hotel properties and the Nickelodeon Family Suites Hotel.

Cheryl received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and her Master of Business Administration from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College.

Cheryl's many accolades include being named one of Orlando's "Forty Under Forty" by Orlando Business Journal, an Addy Award and two citations from the American Advertising Federation's CAMP Chapter, and three Florida Public Relations Association Golden Image Awards.
