Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens New Franchised Restaurant
First Location in Wisconsin, 110th Worldwide
Heathrow, Fla., October 15, 2007 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc., (Nasdaq: RUTH), the largest fine-dining company in the U.S., today announced the opening of a new franchised restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin, bringing the total number of restaurants to 110 worldwide. The Madison Ruth's Chris restaurant is just outside the state capitol in Middleton, which was voted the number one place to live by Money Magazine. Located in a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired building, the restaurant includes a large, horseshoe-shaped bar, beautiful stonework and three exquisite fireplaces. In addition to the main dining room, the Ruth's Chris Madison offers a cigar lounge and three private dining rooms, perfect for a business meeting or private event. The restaurant is open daily for dinner and is located at 2137 Deming Way.
