Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens its Tysons Corner Restaurant

Heathrow, Fla., October 29, 2007 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc., (Nasdaq: RUTH), the largest fine-dining company in the U.S., today announced the opening of its Tysons Corner location, bringing the total number of restaurants to 113 worldwide. This is Ruth's Chris sixth location in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

"Virginia has proven to be a strong market for Ruth's Chris, and we are excited to be opening our fifth restaurant, prominently located in Tysons Corner," commented Craig Miller, Ruth's Chris Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive. The Tysons Corner Ruth's Chris restaurant is centrally located to shopping and the Washington, DC area. The Tysons Corner restaurant is 10,600 square feet, featuring seating for more than 340 guests, and opens daily at 5:00 p.m.

As a celebration of its opening in Tysons Corner, Ruth's Chris will be supporting local association and charitable organizations that align with the company's core values.

Guests at Ruth's Chris Tysons Corner can enjoy New Orleans-inspired appetizers, aged USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, signature side dishes and homemade desserts, all complemented by an award-winning wine list and served with a Southern hospitality style service in an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere.
