Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens Second Franchise in Western Canada

Heathrow, FL -- November 5, 2007 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc. (Nasdaq: RUTH) today announced the opening of a new franchised restaurant in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The Calgary Ruth's Chris marks the second Western Canada location, and the fourth in Canada, bringing the total number of restaurants to 114 worldwide.

The Calgary Ruth's Chris restaurant is in the heart of downtown, conveniently located on the second floor of the Calgary Tower, just one block South of Stephen Avenue pedestrian mall.

The restaurant's design features impressive mahogany wine towers as well as art niches throughout the restaurant. Brushed walnut limestone imported from Argentina enhances the walls and a reproduction of a French country home's hearth stone fire place with a Renaissance mantel, is a prominent feature of the Great room.

Guests in Calgary will now be able to enjoy New Orleans-inspired appetizers, the finest U.S. Prime steaks, fresh seafood and classic desserts, all complemented by an award-winning wine list. The Calgary Ruth's Chris is open daily for dinner at 5 p.m and lunch Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 2:30 pm.
