New Franchised Location Brings Total to 115 Worldwide

Heathrow, Fla., November 12, 2007 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc., (Nasdaq: RUTH), the largest fine-dining company, today announced the opening of a new franchised restaurant in Rogers, Arkansas, bringing the total number of restaurants to 115 worldwide.
