Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens its Santa Barbara Restaurant
Heathrow, Fla., November 19, 2007 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc., (Nasdaq: RUTH), the largest fine-dining company in the U.S., today announced the opening of its Santa Barbara location, bringing the total number of restaurants to 116 worldwide. This is Ruth's Chris 13th location in the State of California.

The Santa Barbara Ruth's Chris restaurant is centrally located in the La Cumbre Plaza on upper State Street. The Santa Barbara restaurant features seating for more than 100 guests in the main dining room which has a modern feel while still providing a comfortable setting, as well as private dining space for up to 100 guests. Guests at the Santa Barbara Ruth's Chris can enjoy partial views of the Santa Barbara Mountains from the semi-enclosed patio seating.
Guests at Ruth's Chris Santa Barbara can enjoy New Orleans-inspired appetizers, aged USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, signature side dishes and homemade desserts, all complemented by an award-winning wine list featuring many of Santa Barbara's boutique wineries.
